Can you compete with local companies price wise, does delivery put your pricing too high? Because we do so much national delivery we have arrangements with two freight companies that allow us to be more than competitive on transport. Can you arrange overnight or airfreight delivery if required? Yes we can. The cost is higher than for normal delivery but it is certainly available. We can usually deliver overnight to any major town.

Are there insurance options on delivery? We always recommend that you advise us if you wish to take out insurance. All our products are packed and handled with care but accidents can happen and, unless you have decent insurance, claims can take time. We can organise your insurance needs from our end.

Can you transport large signs interstate and be competitive price wise? We can and do transport very large signs to any location. Ask us for a quote to see if we are competitive.

Are there pick up options for local customers? If you want to, you can collect your item from our office in Cairns (on the corner of Hartley & Buchan Sts). If you require installation or would prefer that your item is delivered, please let us know so we can include this in the price.

Do you install or can you arrange for installation nationally? Yes we do. The way we handle the installation depends on the exact type of job but, near or far, we will always manage the situation in a safe and efficient manner.
